I own this car because my childhood friend (who I had told for 20 yrs "if you ever want to sell that...." called last July & said he needed to sell it.

I bought the car with the engine trans out (out since 1990) and the interior partially disassembled, brake and suspension partially disassembled.

I have assembled it to run and drive, and have realized I'd really rather have a race car to play with (track days), and am over old British cars as far as personal ownership.

This car has never had any rust, 70,000 miles on it.

My friend had owned it since about 1976.

I haven't asked him, but he would be willing to talk to a serious buyer, and the engine builder is available too, although I haven't contacted him to ask him anything, and don't know how much he would have documented or remember.

I have put about 100 miles on the car since I got it together.
