College roommate Frank Filangeri and I were able to finish 1^st in class and 2^nd overall in last year's (1996) event (by 1 point to a team navigated by John Buffum's ex-Pro-Rally navigator Tom Grimshaw) and hope to do better this year (1997). If I had known who he was at the time, I would have tried harder!

I'm navigating for Frank again this year in his wonderful 1962 Jaguar XKE. This event is open to sports, racing or GT cars built prior to January 1, 1973. The event is confined to the state of Vermont this year, last year having covered scenic roads from Lake Champlain to the coast of Maine.

The picture below will be replaced by one of the real Frank and Clark at some later date, but the resemblance is uncanny!
