Barbara Dastoli in my 6th grade autograph book:

"Clark had a little car

And it was painted red

Everywhere that Clark went

The cops picked up the dead!"
Good Luck (you’ll need it) - Barbara Dastoli

1974 Triumph Spitfire, owned by me (Red Green look-alike) since 1976.

At the Granby, CT "British on the Green" car get-together, August 1996. 20 years since I bought the Spitfire. Time flys!

Tires replaced with 185/70x13 Michelin X Metrics during winter of 1998. They don't rub! The tires shown are circa 1979 (back in my autocross days) Goodyear Wingfoots (feet) 205/60x13. Hard as rocks. Still good tread, anyone want them? Car is very nice riding with the new tires. Flexible and taller sidewalls equate to a much more comfortable ride!

Wheels are BWA (Italian) honeycomb aluminum wheels, 5.5" wide JJ offset or backspacing or whatever JJ stands for... circa 1978.  I don't know where or if they are still available.  I bought them thru a supplier on Long Island way back when.... (Let me know if you find a source, I'll put it on this site!)

Yup, that's Carol and Al in the background! Car is FM14571U, Paint 82, Carmine Red (factory color, it's not as red as it looks here), Trim 33, built April 1974
